How the brain works - listen
A fascinating insight from Julia into how the brain works, particularly when under stress or while anxious. Learn how to work with your brain for the best outcomes.
Mindful Movement - move
Movements designed to gently awaken the body and calm the mind. Using techniques inspired by yoga, Pilates, and the Alexander Technique, Joanna takes you through this session that will lower stressed shoulders and lift your spirits. Nothing complicated or tricky!
Guided Relaxation - lie down
If you’ve thought about trying meditation or mindfulness to manage stress or anxiety, this session is for you. Influenced by mindfulness and ‘yogic sleep’ practice, Yoga Nidra, this session will help you to let go of worries and float away on a cloud of calm. Julia's relaxing voice allows you to drift away...
Enjoy tasty treats and drinks while relaxing in the beautiful studio. All refreshments are included.

What do I need to bring?
Bring a yoga or exercise mat if you have one (or borrow one of ours), water, a blanket and a small pillow/cushion. Wear warm, comfortable clothes in which you can move easily.
No previous experience is necessary. Everyone is welcome!

If you can no longer attend, please e-mail as soon as possible so your place can be offered to someone else.
Please note: cancellations can be made strictly up to 48 hours before the retreat starts; cancellations made after this time, or not turning up on the day after you have booked your place, are fully chargeable and an invoice for the full amount will be sent to the e-mail address you have provided.
