If you need to cancel your place at a class...
To keep things really clear, please let me know by email at least 24 hours in advance if you are unable to come to an in-person class or any type of one-to-one session. This is so that I can notify anyone on the waiting list of the newly-available place and offer it to others. If you have booked a place and then on the day of the class you let me know that you can't come, I can't offer that space to anyone else.
The booking system does not offer refunds, only transfers, and only as long as you give me at least 24 hours' notice. I can then transfer your place to a class in the future. Please tell me what date and class you could like to transfer to.
If, for whatever reason, I need to cancel a class, I will give you as much notice as possible - usually by email. Please ensure I have your most up-to-date email address.

Exercising in hot weather
From summer 2026, a new policy is in place: if the daytime temperature reaches 30 degrees or over, I will not teach my Circuits class (as I teach Pilates at 10am, I'm hopeful this policy won't apply!).
On these occasions, for anyone who has already booked their spot, I will email them and offer to transfer their place to another class in the future. If you have any questions, please get in touch with me.
A quick word on exercising in the heat: take it steady, keep hydrated and rest when you need to. You can always exercise another time when it's cooler.
