My exercise philosophy
What makes Clean Well-Being Classes different? Here are my top three ideas behind Clean Well-Being fitness.
1. Hydration
It's important to keep hydrated during exercise. At Clean Well-Being classes, there are regular water breaks to make sure everyone stays properly hydrated and can get the most out of the class. There is water available at each class in case you forget your own.
2. Mindful movement
Long gone are the days of 'no pain, no gain'! I use the phrase 'soft limit' to describe how to listen and respond to what your body is telling you. If your body can move only up to a certain point or at a certain speed, don't force it beyond this point, get frustrated, and possibly cause injury. Go as far as is comfortable - and rest when you need to.
3. Sustainable exercise
At Clean Well-Being classes, I recommend gradual improvement and a long-term focus, rather than pushing yourself as hard as you can at the first class... and aching for the next few days! Treat your body kindly and with respect - that way, you will see the most sustainable results.

FAQs
Are your classes right for me?
If you're not sure whether a class will be right for you, or aren't sure which one to choose, just get in touch.
Typical reasons students attend my classes include:
Can I just turn up?
No, you need to book in advance here.
Can I pay up-front for a range of classes all at once?
Yes, via my booking system.
What happens if I can't make a class after I've booked it?
You need to contact me by email to cancel your place. Please tell me which class you were going to attend, and what date you would like to transfer to. I ask for at least 24 hours' notice to do this, otherwise I'm unable to make the transfer. (Please note that I don't offer refunds.)
What should I wear?
Wear footwear and comfortable clothes that allow freedom of movement. My Fusion classes are generally done barefooted.
Do I need to bring anything?
Have some water so you can stay hydrated throughout your class. Please bring your own mat to face-to-face classes.
I'd prefer 1:1 support...
If you'd like individual support or perhaps more intensive training, I also offer 1:1 sessions, exercise therapy and tune-ups . Contact me for more information.
