Core Challenge February 2022
In February 2022, I’m running a month-long challenge to get to know your core and what it can do for you, and what you can do for it too.
A stronger core can help with posture, back pain, balance, neck and shoulder pain, some types of headache, breathing difficulties and poor digestion (including reflux and heartburn).
The Core Challenge is a 28-day programme (I picked the shortest month on purpose!) to focus on building knowledge, awareness and strength. You’ll get all kinds of support, guidance and inspiration over the month that you can continue to use for as long as you like. They’ll be videos, live online classes, a calendar of daily exercises and an optional 1:1 session with me.

- Four live Zoom classes (they are recorded and will be emailed to you afterwards) - 15 minutes each.
- Four recorded videos with homework suggestions (emailed to you throughout the Challenge) - 10 minutes each.
- One 'Corevent Calendar' with hints, tips and motivation ideas (emailed to you before the Challenge starts).
- One 1:1 session with me (optional; I will arrange this via email with you and conduct it on Zoom) - 15 minutes each.

1. Make sure you are well enough to participate. If your doctor or other medical professional has advised that exercise is not suitable for you, please don't sign up. You are responsible for your body and your well-being.
2. This Challenge will not give you a six-pack! Instead, it will help you learn more about your core muscles, how they work and how you can strengthen them. If you do the work, you will see some changes over time.
3. If you can't make the live sessions, fear not! I will email the recordings out afterwards. Please make sure you give me your correct email address. Note that I don't offer refunds, so if you can't make the course for any reason after you have paid for it, you will still be sent all the information and videos, and you can participate at another time that suits you.
