Relaxation sessions

Relaxation sessions

What are relaxation sessions? 
They offer you an opportunity to rest, relax and remind yourself what it's like to 'do' nothing. A spa and dressing gown are not necessarily needed to fully relax - we can do it anytime, anywhere... we just need to learn how. 

What happens at the relaxation sessions?

We start with homemade snacks and drinks. All refreshments are included. Then we sit or lie down and get comfortable, to practise being 'at ease'. You can listen to the guided words or just drift off - it's your time to do whatever you like. 
 

​What do I need to bring?
Bring a yoga or exercise mat if you have one (or borrow one of mine), water, a blanket and a small pillow/cushion. Wear warm, comfortable clothes in which you can move easily.

​No previous experience is necessary. Everyone is welcome!
