What are relaxation sessions?
A chance to rest, relax and switch off from a busy life. We don't necessarily need a spa and dressing gown to fully relax - we can do it anytime, anywhere... we just need to learn how.

How the brain works - listen
A fascinating insight into how the brain works, particularly when under stress or while anxious. Learn how to work with your brain for the best outcomes for wellness.
Guided relaxation - lie down
If you’ve thought about trying meditation or mindfulness to manage stress or anxiety, this session is for you. Influenced by mindfulness and ‘yogic sleep’ practice, Yoga Nidra, this session will help you to let go of worries and float away on a cloud of calm.
What do I need to bring?
Bring a yoga or exercise mat if you have one (or borrow one of mine), water, a blanket and a small pillow/cushion. Wear warm, comfortable clothes in which you can move easily.
