A fascinating, insightful talk from Julia about how the brain works, particularly when under stress or while anxious. Learn how to work with your brain for the best outcomes.
Mindful Movement – move
Participate in a movement session designed to gently awaken the body and calm the mind. Using techniques inspired by yoga, Pilates, and the Alexander Technique, Joanna takes you through this session that will lower stressed shoulders and lift your spirits. Nothing complicated or tricky!
Enjoy tasty treats while relaxing in the beautiful retreat space. Refreshments are included.
Guided Relaxation – lie down
If you’ve thought about trying meditation or mindfulness to manage stress or anxiety, this session is for you. Influenced by mindfulness and ‘yogic sleep’ practice, Yoga Nidra, this session will help you to let go of worries and float away on a cloud of calm. Julia's relaxing voice allows you to drift away...

What do I need to bring?
Bring a yoga or exercise mat if you have one (or borrow one of ours), water, a blanket and a small pillow/cushion. Wear warm, comfortable clothes in which you can move easily.
No previous experience is necessary. Everyone is welcome! £49 per person, includes refreshments.
