Bullet journal workshop
Get your life in order! A bullet journal is an analogue method for the digital age to help you track the past, order the present, and design your future. Make your own version at one of these fun, immersive and creative workshops, where you're learn an easy way to get streamlined and organised in a busy, tech-heavy life. A 3-hour session is £40pp and a full day (where you produce your own journal in the morning and start filling it in in the afternoon) is £70pp. All materials are provided. Maximum 10 people per workshop.

"I absolutely loved it. I had a great time and I didn't realise how fast the time went! I think it's great that you re-assured us that this is for us and our journals are made for what we want, as I felt I was constrained by the fact that it had to work as a calendar, to-do list, etc. Whereas I think I much prefer to use it as a means of capturing things that are important to me - moments, thoughts, sayings & compliments. I think there are a number of ways for me to capture work - that I almost always forget to capture the little moments that make life special. Take stock of your health at the MOT workshop: find out what's going well, what you would like more/less of, and how to go about doing it. You'll learn all about health-related behaviour and why some things come easy, while other things are elusive!
