charity fitness fling

Online Charity Fitness Fling

Have an online fling with exercise!

Try different types of fitness class with Joanna and Katie, while raising money for Sport in Mind, an independent multi-award-winning mental health charity based in Reading. Their aim is to improve the lives of people experiencing mental health problems through sport and physical activity.   

The most recent Fitness Fling was on Saturday 12th September, 9am to 1pm, online. We raised nearly £1000 for Sport in Mind.

The Fling on Saturday 16th February 2019 raised £300 for Daisy's Dream. Thank you to everyone who came.

Ballet Stretch (bring a chair for the barre)

Lower body strength and tone

LIIT (low-intensity interval training)

Dirty Dozen (hips, glutes and abs; all on the floor)

Fusion (Yoga/Pilates) and cool down
