How bendy are you? When asked this question, most people will probably think about how physically bendy they are. But how about how flexible you are in everyday situations? When we are flexible, we can accommodate and adjust to anything and anyone and maintain our well-being.

In essence, the ability to bend without breaking is linked to the amount of tolerance we develop. When we are fully flexible, we become able to adjust to the most unexpected, negative and difficult situations and people, without losing our sense of self and what we want and need. Perhaps something to remember at this time of year when patience might be in slightly shorter supply…​
